Demo and trial downloads

DiskPatch (product description) Demo limitations: The demo allows you to safely explore all DiskPatch features but will not write repairs to disk.		Non-Windows users should download this diskette image. Refer to the DiskPatch online manual for more information.
iRecover (product description) Demo limitations: Use the demo to determine if the files can be recovered. You can analyze disks and volumes but files can not be recovered.		If you wish to run iRecover from a Windows bootable CD/DVD refer to the iRecover product page and look for 'BartPE plugin'.
iUndelete (product description) Demo limitations: The demo allows you to find your deleted files but you can not save them. Use the demo to determine if the files can be recovered.		Portable EXE file: select 'Save as' rather than 'Run'. The portable exe does not come with a separate help file, but clicking 'help' will open the online quick start.

Freeware hard disk utilities

Description	Download	Remarks
DiskTune (product description) an easy to use, on-demand, no frills disk defragmenter for FAT, FAT32 and NTFS formatted drives. DiskTune reorganizes your disk and will make it faster and more responsive.		Fully functional and Freeware.
MBRtool (product description) a DOS program designed to manipulate your hard disk Master Boot Record (MBR). MBR editor, MBR backup & restore, partition table editor and more.		Windows Setup; installs boot media builder from which you can create either a bootable diskette or CD/DVD to run MBRtool.
CHK-Mate (product description) will examine CHK files and determine if they contain known file types, such as MSWord files or GIF files. When data is recognized the CHK file is copied and given the correct extension (DOC for MSword, etc).		Please note that this program is no longer supported!
HD Workbench (product description) monitors your hard disk's health using 'Self Monitoring Analysis and Reporting Technology' (S.M.A.R.T.). S.M.A.R.T. is an early warning system that can warn you if your hard disk is about to fail.		Please note that this program is no longer supported!

DIY DataRecovery product/rescue CD An ISO image that contains all products conveniently placed together. The CD can also be used to start the PC and run DiskPatch, in case a disaster has rendered the PC unbootable.		Please use your favorite CD-burning application to burn the ISO image to CD.

Important

Do not save downloads and do not install data recovery products to the drive that needs to be recovered!

Registering our software

When you purchase a license you can unlock the installed demo- or trial version. Entering the license key will turn a trial version into the full version, there are no additional downloads and you won't have to reinstall the product (with the exception of iUndelete: after registration you will receive a download link that will allow you to download the full version of iUndelete).
